The parts that are colored purple are the facts we know from canon. The rest is just make-believe on my part, but until canon proves me otherwise I will use this version for my fics. (Hector? He's got a horrible disease that makes him age more than twice as fast as other dogs. If he had been a human, House would have been all over the case. So that's that.)

1960 - David Wilson is born
1965 - James Wilson is born
1968 - Michael Wilson is born
1975 - David starts experimenting with drugs
1977 - David ODs and gets psychiatric care
1979 - David starts college
1983 - Wilson starts at McGill College 
          David drops out of college
1987 - Wilson starts med school at University of Pennsylvania
1989 - Wilson meets future Wife #1
1991 - Wilson and Wife #1 marry
1992 - Wilson starts residency at PPTH
          Wilson meets House (House is there for his second fellowship)
1993 - Wilson and Wife #1 divorce
          House starts working at PPGH
1994 - Wilson starts fellowship at Columbia University
1995 - Last time Wilson sees David
          Wilson meets Bonnie
1996 - Wilson starts working at PPTH
          House starts to work at PPTH and meets Stacy

1999 - House has the infarction
2000 - Cuddy makes House Head of Diagnostics
          Wilson and Bonnie divorce
