So this is definitely happening before Schism, since Rogue and the others arrived with Scott. Jean's definitely not coming back, since the Phoenix is what this whole new X-Men vs. Avengers thing is supposed to be about, so the "dead Avengers/X-Men" image has to be a fake out. No one's coming back.

And since this is before Schism, it can't end with Marvel's ex-mutants all being repowered...
