My guess is that it's Vision, Tommy, or Billy. If it were Teddy, they'd probably look more terrified than upset. I'm leaning more toward it being Vision.

I've been pretty confident for a while that it's Vision. Tommy is my next guess, but I don't feel like they've done enough with him to warrant that.

IDK. Do we know any blondes with red capes? I'd say Ms. Marvel but she hasn't worn a cape since the 80s.

It's not red, it's just the color filter they're using for the background. It's Emma. You can see the corset and cape.
