So based on that pencil... Wanda's going to remain a villian? -_-# I'll have to wait and see, but this is the case... Heinberg, I am disappoint.

This line worries me the most, actually: "Not all of the Young Avengers are going to make it through intact." First I thought it would be they split up as a team, but now... Either someone is going to die or my early suspicions were right and Billy goes "M Day" on us. Neither one of those options are appealing.

Seriously, they've been hinting that she seems to be possessed for the past six issues and Billy can't remember putting people into a coma. They better be going somewhere with that revelation. I still vote chaos magic is manipulating them, but if that isn't the case, I will be beyond angry.

And now I'm starting to worry about the fact that we haven't seen Tommy in any of the preview pictures...

I noticed the lack of Tommy as well... I don't think they'll kill him off. (At least I hope not.) But I do worry about him maybe becoming a villain or leaving the team for other reasons.

God, I hope not to any of that. Tommy's character has been criminally underused; it would be a tragedy to just shuffle him off like that.

Of course, I am a bit biased. ;p

TBH, I hope it's just that Nate goes back to being... wherever he's been in the meantime; or, if they're going to be literal with the "won't make it through intact" bit, that Vision gets torn up somehow (but gets better, of course). It's a cheap way to do it, but it's one I can live with. :\

No I get it... Tommy is the member of the Young Avengers who hasn't been really explored. Everyone else has a backstory. His is still very much a mystery

As much as I like every YA character, I'd be beyond pissed off if they kill off either Billy or Teddy. We don't get that many mainstream gay characters and when we do they usually end up dead. :/

And now I had a horrible, horrible thought that Heinberg is going to pull a Whedon on us and kill Teddy just as he and Billy finally kiss and make up and his death sends Billy off the deep end... I'm probably wrong, but...

Oh I hadn't thought about those two... Either option is gross for different reasons. That conversation Cassie has with Vision back in issue 2 comes to mind. Scott's back. I mean, it wasn't Wanda's magic that brought him back from the dead so much as time hopping out of harms way, but... Is there still a "cost?" And if so, is Cassie the one who pays the price? Killing Eli would not only be cheap, but totally disgusting and playing into the time old "let's kill the black man" trope.

I'm thinking Kate is safe, for the most part. She's the only one I'm pretty confident about not getting killed. Losing her title as Hawkeye, however... That would just make me so angry. But it is a very real possibility, at this point. As far as deaath goes, I'm not worried about her at this point. Her and Tommy are the only ones not really getting all this build up. We'll have to see.

I honestly think they were setting up Eli to leave at the end, I think we heard something about the guys at Young Allies wanting to poach him but they were canceled so maybe he's just going to leave and can then come back later. After they lock Heinberg in a room and make him get on that ongoing.

Not all of the Young Avengers making it through intact could mean anything. Brevoort likes trolling. Someone could simply be leaving the team.

Maybe Billy's powers change and/or he finally gets a new codename. Heinberg said he wanted to change it right?

And don't forget the fact that Iron Lad is back on the team right now, and I seriously doubt that he will stick around permanently. That is unless they decide to get rid of Jonas to bring back the original Vision...

See, I was fully prepared to have Eli leave the team. It makes me sad, but I have been expecting this pretty much since issue 2. I hope that's all it is. But I'm not that hopeful at present.

I would like to see Billy get a new codename and maybe see some more about what his powers can do. (So long as he doesn't go crazy/turn evil/any other horrible cliche to advance his story.)

I thought it was a given that he had to eventually go back to the future since his presence messes with the current timeline. Even if they did bring the original vision back, there's no way he can stay with the young Avengers (if they still are the Young Avengers after this :/).
