I would like to return it. I'm talking to your warden now. Sadly, at the moment, I don't have a key myself. I need to find M. Crews or get duplicates made from the one Mme. Owens has.
I don't have any problem at all with you having your own key. I'd only ask that you be vigilant that other inmates don't get their hands on the tools and such in the restricted areas. It would be just as much your responsibility as anyone else's with a key.
I've been requested to seek the aid for a friend of my inmate's who apparently doesn't trust the doctors or modern remedies. I think we'll consult some books and make up one ourselves.
If you require help in the preparation my skills and equipment are at your disposal-while my expertise runs more to identifying substances I have many times prepared solvents which vary only in composition to salve. In either case, I do wish this friend a swift recovery.

[A pause of a few minutes]
Armand, the room is transformed. He is gone. There are only a few objects left in here.

That means he's gone. I'll tell the wardens.

I'll talk to Mme. Owens and try to find out where the other keys are. Have you been able to work in the open areas of the garden?
This worries me, but I don't want to interrupt how the plants are cared for. I know that's important to you.

Thank you for your concern.
