Zagi's crazy and not exactly a "social butterfly" in the normal sense. Maybe a "social praying mantis" in that he'll just attack people instead. Not always, but more likely. Can he randomly attack? I'll have to go with "no" for this one. She's got some mental issues herself, and having someone randomly jump her might set her off and make Many Bad Things happen earlier than I'd like.

Can he randomly attack? Maybe. I would be up for it at some point or possibly multiple points.
Would Zagi be potentially interested in your character? Probably not. Giles is a good fighter, but he's a good fighter for a human and he's certainly doesn't look it.
Extra notes: He's a very careful, very smart fighter. He also knows some magic, although nothing that would be really helpful in a fight - more of the "hex my enemies for vengeance" variety, or long term protection spells. Giles can take a lot of damage, but he is a normal human with all the normal human vulnerabilities. Don't kill him and maybe show a bit of restraint in the damage.

Would Zagi be potentially interested in your character? Hopefully not. It might not seem like it, but Jin doesn't swing that way.
If yes, can he seek them out? ... well. I suppose he could, but, really-Jin doesn't swing that way.
Extra notes: More or less yes for all of them, since Jin sort of deserves it for doing roughly the same thing to Ragna. Only thing to note is that he can lulz!freeze shit and can, sometimes but not often, be exceptionally cruel to downright sadistic with his ice abilities.
