Oooh~! I particularly like the repetition of that first, italicised line in each section. Well done!

Thank you! That was actually the hardest part, coming up with those two italicized sentences. They defined each section, so I had to make them be equal yet opposite; showing two sides of the same coin - the fact that they both love each other. He's honest about it (in his heart, anyway), and she feels she cannot be, but yet it's still there. Once that was set up, the rest was much easier to write.

I tend to plot things to within an inch of their lives sometimes. Like my Saiyuki fic Craving Touch. ^_^; Then there are things that practically write themselves. The Letter and Eyes were like that.

Everybody writes differently, but you're going straight from instinct, and I admire that so much. I generally can't do that.

Thank you! How this came out as IchiRuki I'm still not entirely sure (I haven't written het in over 5 years!), but this one just made me think that it was them all over.

This was such an interesting take on the prompt. I loved how you broke it out into their 2 different view points, yet still made it the same story of their lives.

Thank you! I knew right away there would be two points of view on this topic (in my mind, at least) when I saw it. The hard part was deciding on who to use, and then those italicized sentences which defined each half. ^_^
