I don't think they're Katou and Iwaki! I know that Nitta's guys are often similar and she also drew some other guys for the cover of this CitaNIUM magazine http://community.livejournal.com/youka_nitta/206307.html

Who knows what's the meaning of that Japanese there in the pic where it's said something about september 20...maybe Katou and Iwaki calendars?
