She hates the airport on principle. Hates waiting for the luggage, hates being swarmed by travelers that push and shove their way around, and also hates that as of late there seems to be a flurry of flash bulbs in her wake. It's one of those times where Rachel envies Pepper's access to the Stark jet.
Her crankiness can't be simply attributed to the luggage claiming madness. In part, it's the fact that Harvey read the New York Tattler (she'll have to thank Pepper for that one). It's the fact that she is on the Gotham Tattler as well, and it's crueler than the former. It's the fact that she can't avoid it affecting her, even when she knows it shouldn't.
It affects her. It affects her that she works hard and she genuinely believes in Harvey's platform and change in Gotham, and all of it is reduced to sexual innuendo and favors.
Shoving the unpleasantness away from her thoughts, she places the suitcase on the carrier and with a deep breath, plunges into the waiting area, where she faintly spots a familiar head of blonde hair.
Harvey is....trying to not get caught by Richard Sanchez.
Sanchez is not the reporter in Gotham, but he comes pretty damn close which is probably why he's following Harvey like a fly follows something sweet, sugary, and above all-apparently caught.
"....Mr. Dent, If I could just get a single statement about Ms. Vale's comments in regards to the two of you-"
"How many times do I have to say no?" Harvey grimaces-an emotion that vanishes the instant he spots Rachel, "...Do I have to call the police and get you escorted away?"
"Look!" Rachel points with her index finger to the opposite direction. "Bruce Wayne!"
Sanchez immediately swivels his head to the other side. The airport is crowded enough that he'd have to really search. Rachel takes the opportunity to hook her hand over Harvey's arm and quickly make a run for it.
She tenses, though, as the silence stretches. He was right, he's not angry. But he's not pleased. A pleasant Welcome Home Rachel would be nice.

Interruption could be appreciated.

The sort of hug you appreciate but can't really pull out of, "...I missed you Rachel."
His voice is quiet.
