I thought that it would be prudent to alert the community of an abduction. Yesterday the person posting on the networks and identifying himself as Ryo Bakura was revealed to be a Changeling.

It's so. And is it really so surprising? By now, we should be getting used to this type of occurrence.

I have no way of knowing whether he's completely gone or not... but his things are still here, along with his pokemon, so... it's logical to assume that he's still within this world, isn't it?

It's just that I have never been able to speak to one of these Changelings personally before. It's quite a unique experience, really, in retrospect.

... That much is true. As long as his belongings are still here, he is still in this realm. We just don't know where, hm?

Quite simply... I grew suspicious of him when he didn't put up with my immature, bizarre, and invasive behavior. It was unlike him. I grew more suspicious when he grew annoyed with his pokemon, and then I pushed the envelope further and further until he gave himself away by fighting back when I tried to kill him.

[He says this all in a methodical, deadpan voice that betrays nothing of the frenetic emotions that L experienced when he was tightening the belt around the changeling's neck. It was business. No one has to know that he enjoyed it, that his hatred for the Fae actually gave him something like a rush when he was peering into the monster's fearful eyes, knowing that he had all the power in a world where he'd been stripped of his title and most of his allies.]
