Woooo I have lots of updating to do. Here are reviews for Projekt Revolution, The Used, and Interpol. I know, my music tastes are all over the place. Slow Hands is the shit, yo. The show I went to didn't get Roland or Next Exit, either. D:

Seriously! It's so funny because it's the song that all the long-time Interpol fans don't want to admit to liking, you know? Or at least they would NEVER call it their favorite. It's just far too poppy, and too catchy, just no no no. Haha. When I was talking to the people I was around and I mentioned Slow Hands was one of my favorites...wow, you should have seen the looks I got. O_O It's very uncool to admit to loving Slow Hands, apparently. And yet, everyone rocked out the hardest, screamed the loudest for it, and it's the ONLY song people actually talked about afterward, haha. Those crazy indie kids.

They uuuuused to play Next Exit, I remember they did it the first time I saw them, but I don't think they've ever done Roland. Well no, they probably did it when TOTBL was their only album, but since then I doubt they have. :( That's a shame though, it would be so much fun live. AND UM HE HAS A BEARD.

Yeah, I'm not active in the Interpol fan community, so I don't know about that stuff. I've finally realised that it's not worth being that much of an indie snob and I should just go ahead and admit to songs that happen to be singles being my favorites, because they're singles because they're damn good songs.

Next Exit seems like it'd be great as a set opener, too. Pioneer was lovely, though. Roland would definitely be a lot of fun, the lyrics are so "lolz, what?".

haha, exactly.

they DID use it as an opener the first time i saw them! see, you and i should write the set lists, we know what we're talking about.

i KNOW. something about randomly shouting OH LOOK IT STOPPED SNOWING just appaeals to me enormously.
