Kenshin thought about what he had seen around the city in the last few months.

"I have yet to see such a location here," Kenshin replied. Having a library or even just records about the city would contradict the locals and reveal what they wished to hide. Besides, having a public library revealing the land's secrets would be quite dangerous.
