I don't think oversea fans go as hardcore on the whole H!P vs AKB48 thing as people in Japan do. I mean, there are a lot of oversea wota that show liking to both groups, plus other idol groups.

While the new AKB48 song is nice, someone mentioned that they did another "graduation" song before and this one just doesn't match up to it. And he's right, this one just doesn't quite measure up to the other song.

And why don't you like Leonard?

I don't speak Japanese, so that might be why I never noticed. And here I thought Johnny's fangirls were supposed to be the crazy ones.

What I like about this song is the whole choral vibe, which I'm personally very fond of. There always seems to be a point in every AKB48 song where I stop and say, "This would be so much more awesome if they actually used all the members." And they did ( ... )

I found the song that I was talking about, it's call Sakura No Hanabiratachi 2008

While I do like that everyone is singing, but Sakura no Shiroi sounds too much like an actual school choir song and that doesn't sit well with my image of AKB48.
Whereas Sakura No Hanabiratachi has a pop sound to it, making it much easier to relate to the group.

Thanks for posting the video. I do remember that one, now that I hear it. It's pretty, but I still like the other one more which I guess is why the whole AKB48 experiment never worked out for me.
