hey, I just read Jin's latest interview in Myojo and he said he probably won't sing Japanese songs in US, and he's writing new English songs now. It's great we'll hear new songs, but at the same time I feel sad that I won't hear Eternal, which is and will be my favorite song for the whole 2010.
Anyone has the same feeling as me and wants to hear Eternal (or Care as well), there's one way might let our voices to be heard. Since UTB is the sponsor, I think it might consider fan's request if many of us voice it out...
so send an e-mail to this address
event@utbhollywood.com and state our wish to hear Eternal (maybe Care as well) in US lives. Jin probably thought US audience prefer English songs only, but that's not entirely true. Music doesn't have a border. Indeed, his beautiful Japanese songs have brought him many overseas fans in history.
Btw, UTB staff replied to my friend that they haven't considered You&JIn live at the east coast yet (but the staff also said "don't lose hope"), so fans living at the east coast may add a request for that in the e-mail too.

Dear UTB staff-san,
Since it’s already too late to mail to Johnny’s family club as Akanishi Jin-san will leave Japan soon, I wish my voice can be heard by Akanishi-san through UTB the sponsor of his US lives.
I just read his latest interview that he will not sing any Japanese songs in US, which worries me somehow. Not only because his Japanese songs (for example, Care) are deep and beautiful and carry lots of memories, but also they were famous for having won over many overseas fans’ hearts and made them his fans.
I already bought three tickets for his shows. I really wish his lives will be a success. My biggest wish is to hear his Eternal. He sang it in Nissay theatre this February in Japan. All my friends there cried and cried when they heard this song.
Dir en Grey made themselves world wide all by their Japanese songs. Music doesn’t have a border. Akanishi-san is working hard to communicate through his music, but songs in Japanese don’t mean they are not communicable out of Japan. I just hope my love to his Japanese songs can be heard by him.
BTW, I’m living in Toronto. If he tours to NYC, I’ll definitely go to the live there too^^
Thank you for reading this and thank you for your time. Best wishes for this project and best wishes for Akanishi Jin-san.
Weridly I still haven't got my reply yet...will wait until tomorrow.
