Its up on amazon in the UK :)
also, for those who haven't got it yet, you can buy the US version as an imported disc from there, and it qualifys for free shipping so it makes it a bit cheaper

wow, just realised the price of the physical cd has gone up quite a bit since i first ordered it on amazon.
I guess that means it's received a lot of interest?

I downloaded it right after midnight from amazon.de. So happy it is finally available in Germany. The physical CD though isn't released here. It's only available as an import.
