Hmm, favorite solos. I'll list them:
Sho: Yume de Iikara and Can't My Eyes Off of You. I don't know why I like these two. I just do. xD
Nino: Konseki and Niji. It's hard to decide between the two. Konseki brings out a different side of Nino. The lyrics and the melody is forever etched in my mind. It's such a beautiful and sad song. As for Niji, I feel like he could totally sing this to his future wife (even though it's been said he shouldn't get married, lol) and so it's a very sweet song.
Jun: La Familia. Sure, he may be the most sadistic member in the group but he loves them soooooo much. I think this song proves it all. He wants to be with these silly guys.
Riida: Take me faraway. I fell in love with it the first time I heard it. Normally, Riida is just a clueless guy, always wanting to eat curry rice and sleeping...but when he sings a song like this one, it moves me. Plus, his AAA performance of the song had me squealing. xD
Aiba: Friendship. Sometimes I think Aiba is the "glue"

I have found a new appreciation for Aiba's "Hello Goodbye" which I found on the "related videos" list when listening to "Yume de Iikara." It's not the first time I listened to it, but listening to it again made me smile. Thank you for your solo list and explanations, they're very thorough and sweet, Tammy. ^_^ Took your recommendations in stride, listened to them... and looked up the lyrics for "La Familia." I never bothered to before, but reading them yesterday made me grin so wide. Thank you.

I can't really pick a favourite, so I'll just list each member and which solos I like best from each of them xD

Ohno - Take me Faraway: It's songs like these by Ohno that just make me go.. "oh. my. god" His vocals are just so good and of course, hearing him live was just... *dead* But in terms of moving away from Ohno, I love the calming effect this song gives me, whenever I hear it I always stop whatever I'm doing and just.. listen.

Nino - Niji: I like songs played from the piano. It's like.. a weak spot for me. If it weren't for the Piano I'd have picked "Kako (or konseki" whatever it's called) as my favourite. The song is just really powerful, lots of emotion. Yet again, very soothing. ^^

Jun - Naked: Even if he's my favourite member, his singing voice is not my favourite. I tend to become really anxious when he sings solo cause.. yeah. When I heard this song I was so surprised at how much I liked it. It sounded good. Really good. I wish I could've seen the performance. Probably the only MatsuJun solo I liked from the beginning

Oh GOD, yes. "Take Me Faraway" is such a GORGEOUS song. You heard it live??? O_O How was that? Of course it was amazing, I know, but... how can you have not fainted? *grins*

Speaking of fainting, I did a little skit/play of sorts for my sister who's sick right now because she was curious as to what would happen if I ran into Arashi. It was a very... interesting moment, mimicking a hyperventilation and all. *laughs*

We share the same views on "Naked." I felt guilty that I liked it so much when I read quite a few people were "Eh~" about it. x_x

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The solo list was very easy and pleasant to the ears.

I didn't actually mean LIVE as in I was there in real time listening but I heard him singing on the latest Concert DVD. So good. The singing, the dancing. *sighs*

Ohno does wonders. ^^
