holy cow, no wonder the girls over there are running around in skirts. On Monday we had a strangely warm day (especially considering the previous week with the wind chill we were close to -25). But on Monday it was +1 degree so I was actually walking around outside without my coat. It's weird how we get soo used to the freezing cold that when it warms up (so that it's still cold) we feel warm. Imagine going from 30 to 1 degree? There's no way I wouldn't wear a coat ( ... )

okay, in Kingston it has definitely reached -35 with the windchill. Multiple times. Makes for a loooong walk to campus. It basically caused me to avoid grocery shopping for like a week after I should have gone. We just got something like 25 cm of snow yesterday too, but the snow is okay until it melts a bit, then it is ridiculous for getting around. I could do with some England weather I think.
