So I just watched the trailer for the Speed Racer movie by the Wachowski Brothers, and I have to say, I'm very disappointed. It's all 21st Century and high tech now. Really? I rather like it. I think they're doing a great service by combining both anime unreal characteristics along with real life. The cast seems almost too perfect and the villain speaks in that poetic crappy style "HAHAHAH I will. Beat the one Speed Racer. HAHAHA"

It reminds me and spike a little of Kashern. I can't wait for this dud. Yes it will be a dud because that is what speed racer is supposed to be. Dude, we'll see this movie together!

Yeah, I'm sure as I see more trailers for it I'll get to like it more, just as a first impression it didn't grab my attention all too much. You gonna be out in the Chicagoland area when it's out?
