Cell phones, microwaves, televisions, mp3 players, and UV rays from the sun; all of these things send out radiation that slightly alters the genetic make - up of mankind. There are more diseases than ever, and more medication needed to stay ‘normal’ than ever. As the decades roll on by, the genetic changes, gene mutations, increase, and there are now more than just a few new ways to become ill. Or to be born with a ‘disability’. The return of the elongated tailbone, has become more common, children with six toes on a foot, or two thumbs on a hand aren’t a rarity either. But the biggest change was that men, some men, are now able to become pregnant. Men like Park Yoochun.

The condition in which a man has the ability to become pregnant is called Dogumeril, which literally means ‘male birth’ in Turkish (which replaced Latin in the field of medicine two decades ago.) Basically, it is a baby who is born with male genitalia, a uterus, and there is a small hole, bigger than an anus and smaller than a vagina, and it’s only purpose is conception. When these babies are ready to have babies of their own, they would need to under go an caesarean section to remove the fetus/infant.

All this information, and more, was given to Park Yoochun’s mother in the form of pamphlets just hours after he was born. She would add it to the mountain of books she had bought on the subject back when she first heard her child would be Dogumeril. These books and similar items would help Yoochun’s parents raise their child properly. And in the end, Yoochun grew up to be a healthy, fully functioning in society, male, one that, once a month, needs to stick a tampon up his vajinus (new medical term for the male vagina).

Relationship wise, Yoochun hasn’t been very lucky with the ladies... mainly because he is gay, and finding a fellow gay man in the small town he grew up in was like trying to find a straight male at a boy band concert.

He did have better luck once he entered college, but only a little. The one guy he did find, ended up leaving him for a man who had three testicles. Honestly, how much of a difference can one more make?
He finally found his man, when he met Junsu. Kim Junsu.

Kim Junsu was like every other human being on this planet, meaning he too, had a medical condition. Kocaman Kimse (large butt) Syndrome was the name. But it wasn’t just his behind that was large, he had a wide set pelvis bone, but being one hundred percent male, there was no uterus to fill that space, just his bladder. The bladder of a KKS is huge compared to most. Therefore, they are known to use the bathroom quite frequently. Normally, one’s body doesn’t tell you it needs to be emptied, until it is "full". If a person with KKS waited until their bladder was full, it would put too much strain on their pelvic bone and it’s surrounding muscles. So to compensate, the mind will tell a KKS person that their bladder is full when only a small amount of urine has built up. As a result, it is common for many with this condition to wear adult sized diapers. Kim Junsu, is NOT one of them. He refuses to wear such a thing until he is at least middle aged. Making such a choice hurt his education. With so many frequent bathroom trips he was only able to maintain a C average. He could get a B average if he stayed after for extra help, at best. It was also hard for him to hold jobs, and even harder to keep a boyfriend. Attracting a one night stand with a caboose like his was no problem, but many didn’t want to stay with an adult "bed wetter". (At least he succumbed to wearing a diaper while sleeping.) And that’s how his relationships were, until Park Yoochun entered his life.

Junsu believed he had finally found his calling in life, as a soccer coach. As one, he only needed to spend a few hours a day telling kids what to do. And when his inevitable urge to pee came, there would be woods nearby where he could quickly relieve himself. He loved soccer, he loved kids, and he was working with both, so for him, all was right in the world. And to make matters better, he had noticed that an older brother of one of the kids, was giving him the eye at the last game. Yes, it felt good to be Kim Junsu right now.

Right now, feeling good Kim Junsu, had to pee. Like always, he told the kids to continue with the drill as he waddled over to the woods. He went behind the first tree he saw, he had to be quick, after all.

And as he zipped up, he heard, “Feel better.” Spoken behind him. Junsu turned on his heels. There was Park Yoochun. They had never met and yet in that instant, they had connected. Yoochun, who had been reading against a tree, followed Junsu back to the kids practicing. The two talked the whole way there.

They talked all during their first date too. They talked and kissed on their second. They talked, kissed and made love on their third. Before it happened, Yoochun had revealed his condition, and Junsu’s response to it was simply stating that he didn’t mind having to wear a condom.

“And who said you’d be top?” Yoochun questioned.

“Isn’t it obvious?”

“Have you looked in a mirror lately?”

“Yeah well... you haven’t seen my penis.”

“What’s so special about your penis?”

“It’s made to go in asses.” Yoochun had laughed at the time, but couldn’t help agreeing with Junsu’s statement later on, after he spent some time with the ass - made penis.

The dating continued, and they even moved in together. Two effects of living together were more sex and pointless arguments. The most heated arguments, led to the most passionate sex. One night, it led to what can only be described as angry sex.

If Yoochun was going to clean the house and put things away, he should, at least, put things in places where Junsu can find them. He shouldn’t keep making new homes for objects. Yoochun’s view was there wasn’t enough room in the HOUSE for everything to continue staying in one place. Yoochun, the more emotional one, went to bed feeling miserable; he was close to tears. Junsu sensed it. He tried to fix it by wrapping his body around Yoochun while the other had been up, making a mid night snack. Yoochun pushed him away.

“Oh come on, you can’t still be angry with me.” Junsu pouted.

“All I want is to keep this house clean, why must you critique me on everything I do.”

“I don’t critique you on everything you do.”

“How I write a check?”

“You’re suppose to write the cents in fractions, everyone does it.”

“Well, I don’t! And no ones ever complained about it, except you.”

“Fine, forget the checks, write them whatever way you want, clean the house whatever way you want, but can you at least leave a list or something of where you put everything, so I know?”

“If you need something to be put in a certain spot, then remember to pick up your own shit and put it there yourself.” Junsu winced.

“Why are you being like this?”

“I’m not being like anything.”

“Look, I don’t want to argue with you anymore, I just want to calmly sort this out so we can both be happy, okay.” Yoochun looked at the ground.

“I want that too.” Junsu gave a small smile as he approached Yoochun again, and again Yoochun pushed him a way, but with less force. Junsu caught the small smile that had flashed from the corner of his boyfriend’s lips. Junsu smiled wider, and advanced more forcefully this time.

“Junsu, stop it.”

“Is that how you really feel?”

“Sex doesn’t solve anything.”

“Not trying to give a solution, just a strong suggestion on how we should spend the next few hours.” Yoochun couldn’t help but smile a bit at that.

“I’m really not in the mood.”

“Let me work on that.”

“I’m still mad at you.”

“Your hardening penis disagrees with you.”

“Yeah well, It, always did like you best.”

Yoochun was still angry with Junsu that night. He also loved the why Junsu had roughly fucked him sideways on their kitchen floor. It all summed up to being quite the good day.

He knew at the time that the sex had felt deeper and more intimate. It wasn’t until the afternoon of the following day, that it dawned on him why. Junsu didn’t use a condom. And two weeks later Yoochun found out with a simple test, on the scale of mistakes, just how grand Junsu’s had been.

Yoochun was a composer, his life was his piano and Junsu. But neither playing piano or being with Junsu put money in his bank account, that, came from being the friendliest sales man at a local clothing store. But no matter what his passion, there was no reason for him to ever come home late from a work day, unless... he was purposely avoiding Junsu, which, Junsu figured he was when he was sent straight to voice mail when he tried calling his boyfriend for the third time.

“Damn it, where the heck is he?” Even as Junsu said it out loud he heard the front door open. He quickly walked to it. “Where have you been?!” Yoochun looked startled by his voice, and he quickly turned around.

“I can’t do this.” He ran out of the apartment, Junsu followed. Yoochun ran to the elevator and pressed the button madly.

“You know that doesn’t make it move any faster.”

“Junsu.”

“Yoochun.” Junsu was beyond worried now. He had never seen Yoochun behave like this. He wanted to yell, wanted to know what was going on, but he just couldn’t find the words at the moment. The elevator doors slid open. A young couple, two men around their ages, came walking out, correction, they came kissing out. Then one led the other by what was probably his work tie down the hallway, smiling all the way. Yoochun’s eyes watered at the sight.

“We used to leave elevators like that.” He said it in such a low voice that Junsu figured he wasn’t suppose to hear those words, but he did. Junsu sighed in relief, he believed that without asking, he had figure out the reason behind his boyfriend’s behavior.

“It’s that time of the month again, isn’t it.”

“What, no, why do you think...”

“Anytime you act irrationally...”

“It automatically means I must be bleeding from my vajinus, is that it?”

“Well, if it’s not that, then what’s wrong?”

“Nothing’s wrong.”

“You know what I’m asking.” It was Yoochun’s defense mechanism, he will take all questions literally, that way, one would have to keep digging and prying before they got to any information that could be considered personal. He also had a habit a turning even the smallest of problems into something large. He believed if it was a big deal to him, then naturally it would be a big deal to all. Basically, this caused him to overreact to the simplest of things, in the most immature way imaginable, usually.

“Junsu, we’re having a baby.” Junsu’s brain processed the information at its normal speed, it was his ability to comprehend that was copying Yoochun’s menstrual cycle, lateness wise. And when he did comprehend it, only one word flashed in his mind. HOW. They have been so careful. Every time. And if this was the big news, WHY was Yoochun acting so scared about it? Conclusion...

“Who is he?”

“Junsu... that’s your name... are you...”

“Who is the guy you slept with?” Junsu’s fists were clenched. He wasn’t a violent man... well, not in the serious sense, you can’t really blame a guy for whacking people in the back of their heads, or on their shoulders, every time they say something mean, or stupid, or cheesy.

“Uh you, who else...”

“IMPOSSIBLE!”

“NO, not impossible.”

“I always use a condom!” The two then became quiet as a mother and her two children walked down the hall, to the elevator, pressed the button, and waited. Junsu was seething, he was one hundred percent sure he was right... ninety nine percent sure, the one percent now being attributed to how calm Yoochun suddenly looked. It wasn’t the way a guilty man should or would act. The mother and her two children got on the elevator when it arrived, from the time they entered the hallway to the time the elevator door shut, the hall had been filled with a five year old’s voice as he told his mother, minute by minute, what he learned in school that day.

Junsu opened his mouth, but Yoochun beat his voice with his own. “No you didn’t, you didn’t that night we,” A pause to look around and because he felt a bit uncomfortable saying such things out loud, mainly because he knew Junsu didn’t like to talk of such things, out loud (talking dirty before sex doesn’t count for some reason). He’s more of a hands on type man. “The night we had sex on our kitchen floor, remember?” Junsu remembered. Though it had completely slipped his mind that he hadn’t worn a condom that night.

“So... you’re sure?”

“Of course I am! I can’t believe you’re even accusing me of...”

“No, I mean, are you sure you’re pregnant?”

“Positive.” Junsu’s whole body sagged a bit, his relief robbed him of his energy. But that was quickly replaced by excitement and adrenaline. He smiled. Then he laughed. Then for the second time that day Yoochun looked scared. He became even more so as Junsu came at him. “Junsu?” Junsu pushed Yoochun all the way back against the closed elevator door, then he kissed him. He wrapped his arms around his body to keep Yoochun close as he pulled his head away.

“I love you.” Yoochun smiled, he had been smiling since Junsu pulled away, but this one was wider, fuller.

“I love you too.” They kissed again.

“Come on, lets go back inside.” The two held hands as they made their way back. Junsu then stepped forward a bit, insistent on opening the door for his now expectant boyfriend. As he held the door frame, he said, “You know, I hope our baby doesn’t develop your overreactive nature. I mean, I know this is a big thing, but sheesh, did you give me a scare.” Yoochun didn’t say anything, he mind was too caught up on the word our.
