Wow, there is a song for everything. I haven't heard that song in so long that I forgot it existed. It was actually sort of depressing to hear. I think I'm feeling sorry for myself. Oh well, thanks for the happy bday. I just now saw it.

Now I'll probably go buy that darn song and sing the sad right out of it.

awww, I don't want to make you sad. I cannot even imagine trying to deal with insomnia because the one thing that has NOT changed about me is I am still a champion sleeper.

I did about a 1 year stint where I did not sleep much at all because I had severe anxiety, but once I realized what was going on with me (panic attacks) I learned how to calm down and get back to being the great sleep artist that I am.

I have a special place in my heart for this song...like I wanted to play it everytime my dad would come into my room to wake me up on Saturdays....but yeah, he always got HIS way and I GOT out of bed.
