And also, take a look at The Seamstresses' Series. The slogans are.... interesting. *raises an eyebrow*

OMG, Ukraine actually beat Switzerland?!? Cheers vaguely for "my" old team... (As you can see, your write-ups are my source of news about the World Cup :) , since the matches are all either while I'm commuting to work or at times normal people should be sleeping, in local time, and it's really not the same thing trying to watch them after the fact. (Well, we'll be in Europe for the final games, so we'll watch them then)

Heh, and those Seamstress Guild slogans are hilarious. Especially the last one. Thanks for the link!

*does a dance of joy because someone actually relies on her World Cup reports* ^__^

I hope you'll have fun watching some of the final games! Have a wonderful time in "good old" Europe! :)

I hope so! I even acquired a soccer icon (*points*) in anticipation, although I kinda doubt that I'll have the opportunity to post from there.

I felt so sorry for the Socceroos as well. And I completely agree with what you've said. "Unfair" was the only word that came to my mind after the outcome of the game. The Aussies ruled the match, THEY were the better team and yet they simply couldn't score. I'm starting to wonder how it's even possible for a team (Italy) to have that much good luck. I mean seriously... luck is all they've been having lately ( ... )

Mal was anderes:
