ikkyu 2: electric bugaloo

i passed. as a result of my participation in class last night (and testing after class) i can barely walk. i've been limping to some extent sice monday, but now both my legs are jacked up and i feel like an old man. i do have a pretty sweet bruise on my knee, though. it's probably the size of 2 or 3 quarters and is a nasty yellow/purple/blue.

do you remember the scene in "the gate" where the parents show up and they're like "son, we're home and everything is better again" and then like... they're really demons from the gate and the kid pokes the dad's eyes out and stuff? i just thought about that. that and geodes. geodes are neat.
