About the dorms:

Once accepted at YT Academy your muse will be sharing a dorm room with 3 other muses. Your dorm room will have a spacious living room, kitchen, small bathroom and two bedrooms that hold two single beds, and a closet and desk that both need to be shared.

You will not be able to choose which dorm you will end up in. However who you share a bedroom with can be changed. The mods will put your muse in a bedroom but you're allowed to discuss with the other muses in your dorm who sleeps where.

When you are in a dorm and there are inactive muses that make it hard for you to stay active as well please contact a mod and we will try to fix it or move you to a different dorm!

For now boys and girls will not be sharing dorms.

Room numbers:

The first number of your room number indicates which floor you are on. Example: #210: Second floor room ten.

Swapping:

You may change bedrooms from the one you have been assigned to, as long as the other muses in your dorm agree to it. If you have swapped rooms, please comment on this post so that we can edit it.

Please note however that although you may swap bedrooms, you cannot swap dorms ("Rooms"). Dorm swapping is allowed only with mod consent, and happens only in exceptional situations such as finding yourself stuck in a dorm with inactive muses, or with time zones that are incompatible with your own, or a situation that is just unworkable for you. If this is the case, please contact us and we will see what we can do about moving you to a better dorm!
