Kimchi tofu hot pot

Вчера приготовила во второй раз после родов. Но зато вкусно! :) Хани на прошлой недели попросил kimchi tofu hot pot. Думала подождать до 18-ого и сделать в честь годовщины дня когда мне Хани сделал предложение, но потом решила праздника не ждать а сделать просто вкусный обед для своих мальчиков. Мишка и Максим пришли после работы и развлекали

Weirdly, this is the second recipe for an east Asian dish to make it onto my LJ friend list today, the other being for phở.

I love pho but could never bring myself to make it at home. We used to go almost every Friday with friends to a great pho place in Blue Bell.

The funny thing is that I was going to include an English translation of the first paragraph but wasn't sure if you still check LJ. :)

Ol', where do I find Chinese cabbage kim chi? do the regular supermarkets have it? otherwise, this sounds so simple that I might try it! :)

We buy it from the Korean grocery store near us. I've seen it at American and Russian stores as well, though. Let me know how you like it if you make it! :)
