Honey and I decided to try and take steps to be healthier. We both agreed that he should cut down on drinking and try to quit smoking. I was going to walk more. Little has changed. :) Besides repeatedly discussing it, of course.

Yesterday, while at the supermarket, I had an epiphany for how I can also deprive myself for the sake of health!

I must agree with him - I've quit smoking before and I don't particularly like milk, but you definitely cannot compare the two!

Although, when I was pregnant - I was craving milk for 9 months, which had pretty much replaced the sushi for that period of time. :)

i did it using willpower - it was a bit of a struggle. This method tho is amazing. People either go to the clinic, read the book or listen audiobook and just stop smoking. I guess what this method does is wake up your self-preservation instinct. It is easy because this addiction is almost entirely mental unlike alcohol or drugs.

It IS really easy to quit smoking, I did it...twice.

The secret is, you have to really want it, not someone else, you.

I agree with you but we'll talk about it in person, it has to do with stress.
