What a day!

What a day today.
3 hour lunch with about 70 other people celebrating some friends 60th Wedding Anniversary! Great fun. Excellent quality food not huge quantity..
Then home to change to go to a concert. The concert was of music by Sir Karl Jenkins conducted by the man himself as the last concert of his 80th year, the first having been in Carnegie

Yes very high winds over a wide area. Just north of us the winds were over 80, around here I guess around 60 for a good 12 hours!
Still gusting around 30 now I guess...
