Grand Assembly on the whole went really well. It was very tiring with a baby, but we all managed to get through it. I didn't see as much as perhaps I would have liked, but that's ok. Here is a picture of Colin and all the girls he was responsible for all year:

The boy is 2 months old now! We went to the Dr today, he is now 10 pounds, 2 ounces and 23 inches long. Definitely growing. He got some vaccinations today, so he's been a little cranky. Also, we found out what's up with his eye, he has a pupillary attachment to an anterior cataract, which basically means he has a tiny part of his iris going ( Read more... )

In the last two weeks I've been keeping busy! I picked up our plates from the DMV - nice to have the McNee plates again, CA version. We had our first non-family post baby friends over last weekend. I do not understand where the time goes. Colin went to the Reno OV's and had a good time. I missed him, but it was really a quick trip. Lorie and the kids came to visit for a couple days last weekend, that was really busy but a nice visit. Goodness, theoretically I've only got 25 days left until the baby comes! Crazy. Luckily, my friend Amanda came over to help me last weekend. I don't know why it's been so hard for me to do what we did last weekend, but it sure feels better to have so much of the work done. Well here I am. The move went pretty well, everything seemed to go as planned. For the first few days after, I didn't do much at all.
