I have dark chocolate Hershey's kisses just waiting to be baked onto peanut butter cookies. But I think it's too late to start baking tonight, so maybe tomorrow, if I finish writing my paper.

Oooh, I used dark ones last year too and they were soooo good :) You could always mix up the dough and bake them tomorrow?

Nah, instead of cookie baking last night, I did some much-needed guitar practicing. On Christmas songs, of course. :-D
