I would check out Yelp.com and do a "yoga" search. I don't personally have any experience with any studios downtown, but there are plenty in Denver!

There's a lot of good studios around town - the one that's (not really) downtown but slightly east in Park Hill is Sacred i Yoga. Really good vibe there.

A quick Google search will yield several locations around town (can't personally speak to any of them).
