Easily winded-ness

Recently I decided to join yogatoday.com so that I could further my yoga - before that I had only been using books to learn the positions and do some sets of the poses together. Yes. I eased myself physically through the switch by doing a little more cardiovascular work out on my off days (class was M-W-F AM, so Tues and Thurs I hit the treadmill for 15-20 minutes).
