So I'm quitting smoking tomorrow, and I'm looking for as many tools against the craziness as I can muster. I already have a fairly consistent home practice, and intend on coming to the mat as often as I can for relief, but I was wondering if anyone had an specific suggestions for asanas or sequences, meditations, pranayamas - anything to help
