I have Rodney's DVD. It's not bad. If you're a beginner I wouldn't suggest it but otherwise it's a good workout.

I just ordered a Yoga Burn Kit from Gaiam yesterday - it comes with the DVD, gloves with weight inserts, and weights - for something like 12.50, their sale price plus a 15% off code found via google.

I just did yoga with Michael Franti yesterday!! It actually moved too quickly for me...I had just come back from working out and was needing something a bit more relaxing. The music was fun :o) Michael Franti is fun!

Rodney Yee's videos cover a large spectrum of possible yoga audiences. Everyone's personal preferences differ, so even within the different audience groups some people like them and some don't. I don't think it is fair to lump them all together, since there are a variety of practice styles and practices, at levels from beginner to advanced.
