The call everyone dreads...

I finally got the call. My Dad called me last night a lil after 9 o'clock and told me my grandfather had passed away on Valentines night. He said he didn't call me when it happened b/c he didn't want to ruin my Valentines Day. He passed painlessly in his sleep-which is the most that I could ask for. I miss him so much, but I am glad he isn't

I don't think I ever could. Every Valentines Day I will be reminded of him, and what a great person he was and all the good things he did.
