I absolutely live for working out and eating healthy. No, for real though. I recently started dedicating an hour to the gym 2 or 3x a week and it's reduced my stress a good 60% [no lie!]. Not to mention my butt has never looked so good :p But take this as a true testimonial, working out WILL reduce your stress tension, whatever it may be provoked ( Read more... )

I SO AGREE! omg i love working out. But you get addicted to that too..I notice, now , whenever i dont (and i havent been to the gym in a good 3 weeks now) i am going crazy..i dont feel comfortable, i start eating bad stuff, for whatever reason. Whenever i do work out , to reduce the stress, i definitely feel so much better, and i automatically start to take care of my food and health.

Omg i need to improve on impulse shopping..whenever im unhappy i feel the need to buy something. Shit. But i'm trying to change that too.

it's addicting ain't it? like i didn't get the chance to work-out today and i feel like a hot mess lol.

best way to control the impulse shopping is to leave your credit cards at home.
