another shipment from one of my favorite vineyards, Gelfand, arrived today, bearing four bottles of tasty wine goodness. i know they'll need to age in my wine cellar a bit longer, but man oh man, i can't wait to pop the cork on these bad boys. when we were in Paso with my parents, we did a barrel tasting of their port. oh. my. god. gooooooood

and why age them? they'll sell out before you crack open a bottle, so JUST DO IT!

it'll probably be four bottle now, and more later. it was a bit of a shock to the credit card to get that big shipment last year of all the goodies at once.

They promise on the sign-up to send one bottle of each wine they make. So they probubly only have 4 bottled right now and thus they have stayed true to their promise!

Yummy. I cannot wait! Gotta get that order in early before they run out again!
