Why would you get a tatoo wher the hair is gonna grow back and probably cover up the tattoo?

Unless you want to either

A) Shave that one littl epatch, which is retarted

or

B)Shave your legs to loook less retarted but still look uncool (unless you're on swim team where you have to)?

Other than that, I like it. I like tattoos in general.
