So it's time for me to start job hunting again, which, as anyone will tell you, is one of the least pleasant experiences to be found in modern life. I enjoy being a bum but as I am not independantly wealthy (although I do have a 6/49 ticket sitting by my elbow, so this may change) I must work. Awww, but once you're working again you know that you'll be singing 'Everyday Should be a Holiday' constantly!
But you're right, being unemployed sucks BIG TIME. Hope you find some vaguely interesting work soon.
PS What is a 6/49 ticket?

Thanks for the positive vibes! And Lotto 6/49 is one of the largest lottos. That time around it was 9 million. Too bad I didn't win. :P

Thinkzinc got there before me with the question, but I'm guessing a "6/49 ticket" is some kind of lottery ticket?

I'm surprised you say you don't have the skills to be a journalist - you are very good at writing, and although your blog is the only non-fiction material of yours I've read, I'm sure you could do it.

I have a BSc and similarly it hasn't got me a job as such, but it does match my career and I've used skills I learnt while taking it. What's your BA in?

Maybe I have the journalistic skills, but I lack the journalistic experience. Perhaps I ought to start a real blog instead of a vanity lj. And my BA is in Anthropology... a nice, hard science there!

And yes, Lotto 6/49 is one of the largest lottos in Canada, if not THE largest. The last one was 9 million. Too bad I didn't win. :P

I object! I believe you have atleast the panache and talent to be several of those people on the list, so buck up! XD

Are you being serious about floral arranger (as an interim thing even)? Cause I always thought that actually would be a cool job. XD

Course you can't stop listening to the Dandy Warhols. They have drugs in the sound. And they're addictive drugs at that. MmMmmmmmmm
