identification in process

I really don't mean to stalk... But I have a habit of reading into archives when I find a certain blog interesting, and have lots of time to spare.

And I think, I have a somewhat keen instinct for sniffing out people's styles. o_O

eh, i used to be a closet stalker. ah, the sweet smell of oak... but they're not challenging enough. now i hunt staircases, which is more fun because you're never sure whether they'll head up or down.

Is it stalking if it is published on the web? :-)

technically, no. since access is open (not like i had to hack). but you will still feel perturbed if say, i were to sit down and read through all your entries!

I don't think that's bad. It shows interest in the person if the person added you as friend then you're "allowed" lol... I'd be flattered to think that someone actually read all my entries, therefore it would mean that they aren't that dull ya know?
An "uncommented" journal makes me feel bad because it means that nobody has even the interest to read it...

Yeah, I agree. If people are putting it out there they are usually looking for some connection to others in the world and that comes through others reading what you write.

I've certainly read through entire journals that way, and expect that others do, too. And it certainly does not bother me to think that someone would read all of mine--why else did I put it all up here? :-) Keep thing to yourself by putting it all in a notebook and keep it under your bed, that's what I always say. :-)
