Soft and Dreamy Icon Tutorial

Today we're going to learn how to create an icon that has a soft dreamy look to it. This coloring is simple to achieve and requires only five or six layers to make depending upon brushes and borders. The coloring on this icon simulates the "vaseline on the lens" look. This technique is great for stock and live action icons and should work on
