This was just adorable. Wally was a bit of a bigger douche than I'm used to thinking of him as, but he does take full advantage of Billy's fanboy-ing. And although canon-ly he knows Robin's secret ID, for the purposes of this fic we're assuming he doesn't, so his insensitivity there makes sense.
