I am REALLY, REALLY SORRY about taking so long, guys, and about not being around much recently. I've been busier than I have in a while, and it just kept slipping my mind between uni applications and volunteering and all sorts- for some reason I thought we were much further off a new post.

A quiet scoff comes from the inmate on the other side of their table.
Icicle Jr scowls, "Don't mind the 'Fire Prince,' Tommy. He's just sore 'cause he took the fall for homicide, and Daddy and Little Sis left him to rot here for the past few years."
Superboy starts a little. He hadn't known that. All of the League's records say that Zuko Sozan, aka the Fire Prince, killed the young hero called the Avatar two years ago.
The con doesn't respond to Icicle’s bait, just tucks into his food. With the scar facing Superboy and the inmate's shaggy black hair, Superboy can't even guess at what he's thinking, though the rock-stiff shoulders beneath the orange jumpsuit are a clue.
There's a lot of time to kill in prison, even when you’re investigating. Superboy asks M'gann to ask Kaldur about the villain called ‘Fire Prince.’

Because I have a thing for grumpy boys with daddy issues, I loved Con and Zuko from day one and seeing them together gives me all of the warm fuzzies.
More from this one? Like Aang's inevitable miraculous return, and the JL's collective WTF when he starts looking for the guy who did time for killing him for recruitment purposes.
Meanwhile, Con is dead on with his predictions of Zuko's intent and everyone starts noticing the parallels between them.
