SO I TOTALLY HAD THAT DAMIAN BEING BRUCE'S BROTHER IDEA FOR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FIC wherein in the Flashpoint universe Dicktor Fate teams up with Father Todd and they rescue Damian from the Amazons and go on an ass-kicking spree across Europe. If I ever stop getting attacked by prompts, I'm going to write the hell out of it

EXCEPT FOR JASON. OBVIOUSLY. Poor Bruce. He had no idea what he was getting into.

That first paragraph made no sense whatsoever. Jus' sayin'.

I like my idea better. *pout* Maybe because Batfamily Ninja school is an incredibly attractive idea. It's like a mix of Rocky and the Mulan 'I'll Make a Man out of You' sequence.

It's really weird thinking of Batman as one superhero among many. Like Batman Inc, but retroactively. And they all have theme naming, and people keep asking Batman if he has anything to do with those crazy avian people over at Bludhaven but he refuses to answer. And giggles inside. AND THEY'RE ALL ONE BIG HAPPY BATFAMILY, AND BRUCE WANTS NONE OF IT.

You forgot Damian what is this.

Bonus: Jason hazes him. Tim gets made fun of for being a stalker. Steph pinches his cheeks. Cass tries to give him boy advice. OH THE HILARITY.

In the Flashpoint comics, Dick is Doctor Fate, Jason is a priest, and some really angry Amazons are at war with the Atlanteans over Europe. It's very crapsack. Obviously there is crackfic to be had. My idea goes something along the lines of Dick wangsting "WOE IS ME, the Amazons have attacked the circus and killed my parents, and I have been forced to join the rebellion and become Doctor Fate," and Jason showing up to administer a lot of last rites but then cracking and going "THE BIBLE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT KNEECAPS RARGH!" and then they meet up and form an Amazon-killing badass duo. Meanwhile Talia was all "I have connections, I can help you conquer the world, but only if you spare my son!" and so Damian became Starfire's slave and was then liberated by Dick and Jason, but not before becoming friends with Mar'i, who is the result of one of Dick and Starfire's "YOU HELPED KILL MY PARENTS ANGRYFACE" fights ending in sex somehow. And then things get really complicated. But I digress

As hilarious as he finds it, Dick is a little concerned about that relationship.

Steph and Cass are also pro-Dick/Wally and expect Bruce to follow in Dick's footsteps. Because just like Wally is for Dick, Clark is clearly the healthiest relationship Bruce will ever have.

I think Catwoman is going to have to be Dick's love interest; the villains don't really have sidekicks so it'd be hard to reverse them. And it gives Dick and Bruce the chance to accuse each other of hypocrisy XD

Dick is all for themes. Robin is totally named after his 'uncle' Red Robin. And no Bruce does not get a say in it because when do parents really ask their babies what they want to be named and oh did he forget to mention that Bruce has a uncle in crime fighting? Must have slipped his mind. This is why Jason is mad. Why didn't Dick name his first born after his first brother? He always knew that everyone liked Tim better than him. Fine then. He sees how it is. He'll just go find someone who DOES love him! and become part of a traveling anger management group
