I want I fic that expands on all the implications in Misplaced.
What about babies in houses? Or in hospitals? In trains or planes?

And after the adults got back, how did they get their kids back?

How did all the other underage heroes handle their towns?

How did they all communicate? Did they set up a system?

How did they feed all the kids?

Tender reunion scenes also welcomed

Think about this, though: From what we can tell, the entire thing lasted only a few hours. Maybe 6, 7 hours at best? Still, that's a long time, but not necessarily long enough for people to immediately start banding together and finding a way to cope, like in a zombie apocalypse or whatever.

Although, the thing about the hospitals and accidents and everything is interesting.

Yeah, thats what I'm really worried about. I volunteer at the Ronald McDonald house, and some of the kids there have full-time nurses and are pretty unable to care for themselves, so I'm wondering what would happen there.

Things like airplanes especially... And think about all the people driving! Even if there are no children, that's a lot of property damage.
So seconded.

yeah...cars stop if no one is pressing the pedals, but not before smashing a lot of stuff. I want some real world implications!

Im wondering, since there would be two worlds, one where the car crashes and one where it wouldn't, which event would override the other?

Then I realized I shouldn't overanalyze a fictional show

Remember the scene where they showed that all kids are gone from the adult world? The one, where the father crashes his car, because he noticed that his baby is gone? Yeah. Now think about where that baby is.

I think it was the baby with the Superman hoodie. The one Superboy rescued.

It happens in a flash, one moment he's complaining to Richie about his dad being unfair again, then the next moment everyone- every adult- was gone.

"What the?" Virgil's eyes widen as the train didn't stop anywhere. "Rich, I'll call you back. There's something not-"

"V-man, All the adults are gone! My dad, mom-"

"Probably my folks too." Virgil makes his way through the carts, heading to the front. "Better go out there as Gear and see if others need help."

"What about you?"

"I've got a train to stop." Virgil hangs up, hearing the cries of other children and even infants on the train.

He can only hope that his power will be enough to stop this train now. A flash back to his visit in Africa and at that situation overwhelms him for a brief moment, but he pushes it back as he changes. Afterall, there's no Anasai here to help.

"Time to stop a train."

Excellent! Exactly what I thought the fill should be when I read the prompt.

Also, Virgil! Hope to maybe see those two make at least a cameo in a future episode

Thanks. I am SO hopping to see or even HEAR a mention of Static in the show. I mean, it would be a crime (considering he's one of the superheroes most of us remember well along with the JL Animated series and B/S:TAS.
