For the most part, this Alfred appeared to be consistent with the man that Jason had known for ten years, but something was still off in the way that he talked to Jason. But he chalked it up to the differences between dimensions, like the Batcave or Timmy’s height.
The room Jason would stay in while he was in this dimension was a guest room, one which Bruce had equipped with enough security systems to make Fort Knox look like Arkham Asylum. There were only two exits-the door and a window that was undoubtedly almost impossible to break or open-and if Jason didn’t need more proof that he wasn’t trusted here, the door could be electronically locked from the Batcave.
Shrugging at the paranoia that he had grown up with, he fastened his utility belt underneath the baggy sweater he was being lent.
Hey, no one said he had to trust them either.
