For some reason that is up to anon, Kid Flash finds himself unable to not obey any kind of direct order. Requests, he's still fine with being able to choose to ignore or disobey. But telling him "Do ___" or something like that, he has to do it.

His team probably has a little fun with it at first. They're kids. Of course they would. Then something happens, maybe during a mission, and they all see first hand how horrible obedience can be.

It was a weird little curse, one that the more magical members of the league were working on unraveling. Wally insisted constantly it was not a magical affliction but no one paid much mind to his more scientific suggestions for the change. Whatever the case, the result of it all was clear.
