The Hand that Rocks the Cradle

(My knowledge of the Tower of Babel arc comes mostly from the movie Doom, so I'll be drawing heavily on that. Um, I hope this is alright. This is also dealing mostly with the aftermath of Robin planning for these situations, but he did them to combat Parasite, not Amazo, because it didn't look to me like Amazo got the weaknesses of the powers like Parasite did
