More Mama Canary

Since it's been decided that Black Canary is Superboy's mom, can we have Dinah being the one who gives Superboy his name (Conner)? It would be adorable, especially if she gets into it and goes through baby name books and polls the team and the League and everything.

Bonus points if Superman warms up to Superboy (maybe he sees everyone getting into Black Canary's Name Superboy Campaign and decides that if everyone else is rooting for the kid, he can't be all bad) and backforms it to Kon-El so he has a proper Kryptonian name, too.

...Extra bonus points if the team starts referring to Superman and Black Canary as Superboy's parents, Dinah jokingly hits on Clark to freak him out because it's hilarious, and Green Arrow is like WHOA HEY NOW (and then the team starts referring to Roy as Superboy's half-brother from a previous marriage)

Conner. Conner Kent. The sound of it rang through his ears. Superboy couldn’t believe it. Now the team would all be able to stop calling him by ridiculous nicknames like Supey or Supes. He didn’t think it would stop them completely but it was a small hope he held on to

Days passed. A sign went up in the main room of Mt. Justice. It took Superboy everything he had not to rip it off the wall. It was a poll on names everyone was supposed to vote on. Three had been chosen and written in large letters at the top. He didn’t like any of them. Christopher, Kyle and Colin. There were columns underneath where people were to mark which name they wanted. A pen had been attached to the sheet. At the bottom the word vote was written in capital letters

Omg this is so cute. Haha, I love how Dinah tests names on him like you would for a puppy, and M'gann pitching in and being all embarrassed is so IC. And announcing his name at a team meeting AND BATMAN SMILING. So cute!
