Although I'm glad I didn't check my flist earlier and get spoiled. D:

But Gokudera! Sai! Hoshit Bakuman is soooo exciting right now! Eeeeeeee!!! I totally loved every moment with Eiji! (CAN YOU NOT TELL HE'S MY FAAAAAAAVORITE EVAR) The huge staredown! The three-second hospital visit! XDDDDD *MAXIMUMSQUEEEEEE*

I would probably love Eiji way way more than I do right now but I.. can't understand him too well. BUT THAT'S OKAY CAUSE IT MEANS YOU GET TO KEEP HIM ALL TO YOURSELF.

That part was awesome though. Mashiro's smirk when he comes in. Eiji's relief and subsequent determination to do what he can to beat the shit out of those color pages.

I really like how the editors have each other's backs too. Eiji's editor calls up Trap's editor right away. Seriously the whole connection of characters is just so... *_*

Haha, Eiji is a wacky one, that's for sure! XD I love him best because of it, I think. When I first met him in the manga I was pretty freaked out. o.O He was so... intense and crazy! Eeep! But then when he comes into Shueisha and meets Shuujin and Mashiro, and draws names at their table with Hattori, I realized he's not a scary crazy person, he's just THAT FOCUSED ON HIS ART. *____________* Which inspires me, and makes me want to be just like him. XDDDDDDD

And his sense of rivalry!!! I don't slash anyone in this manga (except Fukuda/Koogy, b/c wow, that's a lot of bitch XDDD), b/c I love it so much just the way it is. Bakuman doesn't need any slash to be amazing, lol, and I have to say that after the epic GAY rivalry of Naruto/Sasuke, I was SO HAPPY to see the intense, and yet non-sexual staredown between Eiji and Mashiro! XDDDDDD

You're right about the editors! They totally help each other, and it's awesome! Just like how Fukuda and Shujin and Mashiro helped out Nakai. <33333 It's so awesome!!! Gah, I can't wait ( ... )

I only ship Saiko/Shujin out of the not-cannon relationships. Chapters like this one make me want to wish for a happy four-some of love and devotion between the two and their girlfriends. Forget about sex, they don't need it. The fluff and devotion to each other is all I need.

If that makes any sense. (Just woke up from a nap so I'm kind of all o.x;)
