So, the INTERNETS are going ape-shit-ZOMG!-crazy-crazy over Ben Affleck being cast as Batman in the next Superman movie.

I'm kind of indifferent to the Superman/Batman movie anyway, so the casting choice doesn't really matter to me.

It's rather unfair to blame a bad movie on a single actor, when there are so many factors going into it - director, producers, etc.

I didn't know there was a directors cut of Daredevil. I'll have to see it.

Oh yeah, the Director's Cut is what should be judged, not the Theatrical Cut. There's depth, resonance, plot, action, everything except the stupid shit they put in the theatrical cut.

People like to blame out of habit, as to actually think about the reasons behind something stinking to high heaven, is so much easier.

Full disclosure: I am not anticipating seeing Supes/Bats. Not only do I not like Snyder, but I have refused to see MoS because I've been warned of heavy duty 9/11 triggers during the climax. Snyder likes to push, so I'll be passing, regardless of Nolan's involvement
