I hear ya. But last year I got a great start early in the month. The rest was cruise control.

I never would've figured you to write a love story. :-)

If you know your characters, then that might be a way to find your plot. You just need two characters that want something, and then put them in opposition of each other. (which I realize sounds really simply in concept, but not so much in doing.) You can always throw in outside forces to thwart along the way.

Also, in the process of writing, you may discover the plot. It's happened to me.

Since I'm not that great with prose/fiction, I won't be much help to you. However, I do wish you luck with the plot!

That's why I stick to poetry. I don't have to deal with too many complicated plots. Anything goes as it's left to the reader's imagination.

I'm sure if you put 2 characters together, they're bound to create fires. :-D
